Salinas Rips 2 Home Runs in 9-3 Dirty Reds Triumph
Getting offensive support from Fernando Salinas, the Dayton Dirty Reds topped the Kingston Ponies, 9-3. Salinas hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4 for the Dirty Reds. Kingston now is 3-3.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Dirty Reds grabbed the lead when Salinas hit his 5th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Fred Boman made it 4-3, Dayton.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Dayton manager David Dodds.
