In a low-scoring contest between the D.C. Divided and the Dayton Dirty Reds, 22-year old left-handed pitcher Bret White proved to be the difference. The D.C. left-hander earned props for his performance in the 3-2 Divided win. The 6th-place Divided are now 16-16, the Dirty Reds 22-10.

Ben Hardy, the D.C. third baseman, contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to make the score 2-0, Divided. For the game, Hardy went 1-3, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"My job is to throw quality pitches, go as deep as I can, and give us an opportunity," said White.
