Philadelphia took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning, when Steve Edwards hit a clutch 2-run home run to bring Liberty fans to their feet.

Edwards said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
