Florence Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The inspired effort of Plymouth center fielder Onye Paulino was not enough to prevent a loss, 6-5, to the Florence Flamingos. Paulino went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks. The third-place Flamingos have won 4 in a row.

Rick Etheridge was the walk-off hero for Florence. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Flamingos left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Florence manager Nick Hoskins.
