Black Mambas Use Late Rally to Win
Despite a great performance by Plymouth center fielder Porter Howell, the Austin Black Mambas defeated the Rocks by the score of 11-7 at Mamba Park. Howell went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The Black Mambas now have a record of 12-29.

Had Mike Harris not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Harris hit a 2-run single. That made the score 9-7, in favor of the Black Mambas.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Harris.
