Pérez Helps Sioux Falls Cruise to 11-3 Win
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas topped the Hartford Pride by a score of 11-3. Leading the way was catcher Raúl Pérez. Pérez was 4-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4 for the Red Pandas. Warner Alder, who is tied for 7th in the SAAA in strikeouts with 45, was the winner. He's now 4-4. The loser was Jeffrey Dixon. The save went to Pepe Aguilar, his 2nd this season.

Pérez made an early impact for Sioux Falls when he stroked his 9th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which came in the bottom of the third, put the Red Pandas on top, 3-1.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Pérez.
