Liberty Reserves Get Clutch Win Versus Florence
The Philadelphia Liberty Reserves picked up a win at Florence Field, knocking off the Florence Flamingos, 4-3. Starting pitcher Patrick Davis played a key role in the triumph. The Liberty Reserves lead the Silver AAA by 3 games.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the top of the tenth, with the game tied, Sean Leonard was at the plate when Philadelphia scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Liberty Reserves to go in front, 4-3.

"That was fun, that was just good baseball," said Leonard.
