Sánchez belts 2 home runs to Fuel Divided Offense
Divided right fielder Víctor Sánchez left his mark on his team's 9-7 win over the Mexico City Blue Demons. Sánchez, who is on pace for 103 RBI this season, went 2-5 with 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for D.C. in the contest. The win was credited to Tommy Huber in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Alberto Nieves took the loss. Carlton Taylor closed it out for D.C., earning his 9th save.

Chipping in for D.C. was shortstop Neil Pippy. He stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth. For the game, Pippy went 2 for 5 with 2 singles.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Sánchez.
