The D.C. Divided picked up a win at The Dungeon in Halifax, dropping the Nova Scotia Leviathan, 5-3, in 10 innings. Ignacio Rodríguez, who is tied for 7th in the 3L with a 1.19 WHIP, was the difference-maker. Rodríguez got the win, improving to 8-4. He gave up 8 hits and walked 0 over 9 innings. He allowed 3 runs. At 30-37, the Divided claim 8th place in the Third League.

D.C. used a timely hit from Kel Jones to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Divided ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"Ignacio pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said D.C. manager Jonathan Gerth.
