Late Offense Lifts Kingston to 9-6 Victory
Holden Hart knocked in 3 runs to help Kingston beat Charleston, 9-6. Hart produced 1 single and 1 home run. Mark Horton earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 3 innings. His record is now 2-6. The second-place Battery now sit at 46-26.

Kingston used the timely hitting of Phil Tillman to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Ponies on top, 7-6. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We came out aggressive," said Ponies manager Rayzor Ray. "We came out swinging the bats."
