The Ottawa Fat Cats and Westwood Sixshooters put on quite a show.

Westwood got a terrific performance from pitcher Jake Blackmon, but it wasn't enough to beat the Ottawa Fat Cats. Ottawa won the Sixshooters Stadium contest, 7-4. Blackmon threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. The win makes Ottawa 11-15.

Michael Dixon had the most critical at-bat for Ottawa. With no one in the top of the tenth inning, Dixon hit a 0-2 fastball from Manny Rodríguez for a run-scoring single. It put Ottawa in front, 5-4.

"Our team showed some spunk," said Dixon.
