Dolphins Earn 8-7 Win Against Saboteurs
Extra innings were needed to determine a winner at Goodyear Hanger Dome.

Due in part to third baseman Melvin Henderson, the Pine Island Dolphins chopped down the Toledo Saboteurs, 8-7, in 10 innings. Henderson slugged 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. The Dolphins improved their record to 15-12 with the win over Toledo.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the tenth, with Pine Island trailing 7-5, Henderson hit a changeup from Clemens Schlöndorff for a 3-run home run, giving the Dolphins the walk-off win.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Henderson said, postgame.
