Felipe de Rade made an impact in the 6-1 Yakima win over Toledo. de Rade, who is tied for 6th in the 3AA with a .919 OPS, went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The Hops improved to 39-24.

Yakima shortstop Rick O'Shea landed a blow when he belted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the first. It was his 13th home run of the season. With it, the Hops took a 3-0 lead.

"I thought we played a nice game," de Rade told the Yakima Daily News. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
