Krewe fans were treated to an exciting walk-off win.

Bethesda got a terrific performance from pitcher Anthony Samuels, but it wasn't enough to beat the Crescent City Krewe. Crescent City won the Field of the Krewe contest, 4-3. Samuels threw 7.2 innings allowing 2 runs for the losing team. Will Gordon was the winner in relief. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Will Bennett.

Luis Antonio Rivas was the walk-off hero for Crescent City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Krewe left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The fans went nuts at the end," Rivas said.

Crescent City, at 36-36, occupies 5th place in the Premier AA.
