A 3-RBI performance from Chi Chi Rodríguez, the 19th overall pick in the 2057 draft, helped the Philadelphia Liberty Academy beat the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 7-2. Jimmy Bailey earned the save for Philadelphia, his 2nd. Philadelphia now owns a record of 34-45.

The game turned with no one out in the top of the fourth. That's when Rodríguez hit a solo home run off Jeremy Bush. It propelled the Liberty Academy into the lead, 1-0.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Rodríguez.
