Wilson Phillips pitched a gem to lead Idaho Falls to victory over the Columbia River Rats, 7-0. Phillips got the win, improving to 1-0. He gave up 5 hits and walked 2 over 6 innings. He allowed no runs. The Idaho Falls win streak is now 3 games.

The Chukars got an important contribution from shortstop Millennium Anton Woods, Jr., who in the bottom of the fourth knocked a 2-2 sinker to right for a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Chukars ahead, 4-0.
