Charles Reeves never let Idaho Falls get something going. The Alaskan left-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Bush Pilots to a 5-1 win. Reeves, the winner, moves to 4-2. He threw 7.2 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 7 and giving up 5 walks. Yin-reng Guo nailed down the save.

Grady McCarty hit a run-scoring double off Ángel García in the bottom of the fifth, which put the Bush Pilots in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, McCarty had 2 singles, while going 3 for 4.
