Bulls Come Back Late to Top Generals, 4-1
|
Belleville third baseman Brian Walls had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Washington Generals, 4-1. The Bulls improved their record to 21-17 by beating Washington.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Walls hit a fastball from Benjamin Davidson for a 3-run home run. The Bulls, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Walls told the Belleville Citizen.
