Niagara Falls Expos starter Juan Parra found his groove in his team's 6-2 win over the Laredo Hawks. Niagara Falls now owns a record of 14-28.

Shigeaki Kawaguchi, who is tied for 10th in the 3A in triples with 1, aided the Niagara Falls cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder was 2-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"It was a solid, all-around game for us," said Niagara Falls manager Joe Gregory.
