Chukars Rally For 2-0 Win
The Rocky Mountain Vibes could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Juan López into a win. Instead, the Idaho Falls Chukars prevailed, 2-0. López threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. Gregg Carlson earned save number 7 this season. The Chukars are now 32-20, while the Vibes fall to 31-21.

Idaho Falls used a timely hit from Rak Kuhn to get the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Chukars ahead, 2-0. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

In postgame comments to the Idaho Falls Today, Kuhn said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
