Chukars Get One-Run Win at Columbia
The Columbia River Rats and Idaho Falls Chukars provided some drama for the home crowd.

Idaho Falls Chukars starter Earnest McClure found his groove in his team's 2-1 win over the Columbia River Rats. The Menard's A-leading Chukars have a record of 47-26.

António Medina, who is tied for 5th in the 3A in triples with 2, had a direct impact on the outcome. Medina contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put Idaho Falls up, 2-0.

"Scoring was at a premium tonight," McClure said.
