Good production from center fielder Juan Guzmán helped the Yucca Valley Yellows topple the Monroeville Yinzers, 6-4. Guzmán went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Yellows. Yucca Valley reliever Daniel Valdés picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Jai-guo Chio absorbed the loss. The 6th-place Yellows hiked their record to 12-12.

Rob Allen, the Yucca Valley pinch hitter, contributed a 2-run single in the bottom of the seventh inning to make the score 6-3, Yellows. For the game, Allen was 1-1, while adding 2 RBI.
