Arryns Even Record with 5-0 Victory
|
Pitcher Frank Hurst was sensational for the Lake Erie Arryns in his team's 5-0 triumph over the Walla Walla Walleye. Hurst earned the win. At 18-18, the Arryns are currently 6th in the Silver A.
Early in the game, right fielder Mike White had a 2-run home run for Lake Erie. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Arryns on top, 2-0.
Lake Erie manager José Vélez attributed the win to "a little bit of this and a little bit of that."
