In a low-scoring tilt between the Grim Reapers and the Levittown Blue Dragons, Juan Torres, who is tied for 5th in the SA in quality starts with 7, was the difference-maker. The Grim right-hander spearheaded the 2-1 win. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Grim.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Grim designated hitter Rick Becker, facing Orlando Sánchez, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Reapers the 2-1 win.
