5 Straight Wins for Gallos

Wet weather did not postpone the Delmarva-Yucca Valley ballgame.
The Delmarva Gallos got a good effort from starter Walt Murray in defeating the Yucca Valley Yellows at The Cage. The final score was 4-2. Carlos Hana notched his 19th save of the season.
Ray McKenzie had a big 2-run home run for the Gallos in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Delmarva trailing 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a fastball from Pedro Andrade, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2062 draft, and punished it. The result was his 9th home run of the season, which put the Gallos on top, 2-1.
"I was able to really locate my pitches tonight," said Murray.
Delmarva has run its win streak to 5 in a row.
