Blue Dragons Top Gallos, 3-2, Behind Lemay
|
Levittown turned a good effort from starter Ed Lemay into a win over the Delmarva Gallos at The Cave at Levittown. The Blue Dragons won the game, 3-2. The win gives Levittown a season record of 28-27.
The standout performance belonged to 19-year-old Lemay. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Blue Dragons. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Gallos, striking out 5 and scattering 3 hits over 8 innings. Lemay is now 5-5 on the season.
"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Lemay said.
