Gallos Take Home 4-0 Win Over Yucca Valley
The Delmarva Gallos got a strong performance from pitcher Juan Velasco, who stymied the Yucca Valley offense en route to a win, 4-0, at The Cage. Delmarva reliever Luca Johnson picked up the win to move to 2-1. Dan Gibbs suffered the loss. The victory gives the Gallos a record of 43-25.

Delmarva took control in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, Mitsunari Sakurai hit a run-scoring single to make it 1-0, Gallos.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Velasco.
