The Holy City Herons used a great performance from 21-year old left-handed pitcher Eisse Mouwen to beat the Yucca Valley Yellows, 3-0, at Ballpark of Yucca Valley. The winning pitcher was Mouwen, now 1-1. He tossed 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 5. Holy City is now 33-40.

Evan Bryant had a direct impact on the outcome. Bryant contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put Holy City up, 2-0.
