MacBeth Helps Yinzers Win, 8-1, with Pair of Homers
Monroeville right fielder Randy MacBeth had a 6-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Philadelphia Liberty U-24, 8-1. The last-place Yinzers improved to 26-48.

With Monroeville leading 5-1 in the bottom of the eighth, MacBeth batted against Philadelphia pitcher Larry Anderson. MacBeth hit a fastball to right-center for a 3-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Yinzers on top, 8-1.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," MacBeth said. "We did a good job of that today."
