The Lake Erie Arryns had to overcome a fine effort from Walla Walla pitcher Wes Crowe to win, 4-2, at Walleye Tank. Crowe went 6 innings and allowed 2 runs. The winner in relief was Oscar Moore. He is now 2-1. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3.2 innings. After today's action, Lake Erie sits at 49-45; Walla Walla slips to 54-40.

José Muñóz came through with a big-time hit for Lake Erie. The left fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
