Hermit Crabs Defeated, 7-4
|
The Monroeville Yinzers topped the Huntington Hermit Crabs, 7-4, in USPL Single A action at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Monroeville pitcher Jung-keun Kim. The third-place Yinzers now have a win-loss record of 27-21.
Monroeville took a 7-4 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning, when Don Good hit a clutch 3-run home run to bring Yinzers fans to their feet.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Good.
