Warheads Get One-Run Win at Beaumont
The Amarillo Warheads, despite a fine performance by Beaumont pitcher Carlos Herrera, grabbed a 1-0 win at The Target. Herrera allowed 1 run over 9 innings. Vicente Rodríguez picked up the win with 6.1 innings of work. He allowed no runs on 5 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 6. On the season, he is now 3-2.
