Warheads Absorb 5-2 Home Loss
The Hicksville Hounds knocked off the Amarillo Warheads, 5-2, at Ballpark of Henderson. Albert Leach was a big reason Hicksville won. The left fielder went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. Hicksville is now 31-16, 4 games up in the Silver Low A.

The Hounds got a big hit from catcher Edmond Gray. Facing Amarillo pitcher Vicente Rodríguez in the top of the sixth, Gray pounded a solo home run to right. His 9th home run of the season put the Hounds ahead, 3-2.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Gray. "And not try to do too much."
