The Moose Jaw Canucks finished off the Napanee Express, 7-4. Much of the credit belonged to left fielder Spike Núñez. Núñez went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for the Canucks. The loss lowers the Napanee record to 1-4.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Núñez hit a fastball from Patrick McMillon for a 3-run home run. The Canucks, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Núñez said.
