Tight Tilt Goes to Angel Kitties, 2-1

Kittie Park was the site of a remarkable pitchers' duel.
The Bethlehem Angel Kitties had to overcome a good performance from Ogallala pitcher Jason Roy to claim a 2-1 win at Kittie Park. Roy went 6.1 innings and allowed 2 runs. Rafael González picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 5-1. Jason Roy was tagged with the loss. Remke Wisse locked down his 9th save.
Tony García's at-bat in the bottom of the seventh was significant, coming with runners on 1st and 3rd and the game tied, 1-1. The Bethlehem right fielder hit a run-scoring single off Jason Roy to put the Angel Kitties up.
"Being able to play a game for a living is one thing. Being able to play it well and contribute to a win is even better," García told the Bethlehem Bulletin.
The victory puts Bethlehem at 21-39.
