Is it better to be lucky or good?

After leading the Tijuana Toros to victory, 3-0, and tossing a no-hitter over the Surprise Shockers, Dong-joo Im didn't have the answer.

"I don't know," Im said. "To do what I did today, I'm pretty sure it takes both."

On his big day at Toros Ballpark, Im fanned 13 and had 6 walks. And it seemed that when the Shockers managed to hit the ball hard, it went right at a defender.

"That's how you get a no-hitter," Im said with a smile. "A lot of skill mixed with a little luck."

In 12 starts this season, Im has notched a 8-2 record and a 2.55 ERA.
