Crush Trip Sea Dogs, 3-1, in Extra Innings
The Flint Crush downed the Maine Sea Dogs, 3-1, at Flint Park. Stellar pitching by Armando Guzmán had a lot to do with it. The left-hander, who is tied for 4th in the 3A- in innings pitched with 47.1, handcuffed his opponent all game. Flint reliever Greg Bradford picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Jeff Robinson was saddled with the loss. The second-place Crush now sit at 23-9.

Flint got a game-changing hit from Ed Harris. The third baseman blasted a 2-run home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said Flint manager Michael Woodard.
