Baby Blues Secure 3-0 Win

Quebec City and Maine duked it out and the Baby Blues came out victorious.
In a tight tilt between the Quebec City Baby Blues and the Maine Sea Dogs, Archie Minet was the deciding factor. The Quebec City left-hander spearheaded the 3-0 win. Cisco Pérez closed it out for his 6th save.
The Sea Dogs had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Baby Blues going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 20-year old center fielder Ken Moore came to the plate. Moore hit a bases-clearing double on a 1-1 fastball from Maine hurler Charlie Leslie. It was Moore's 13th double of the year.
"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Minet.
The 7th-place Baby Blues improved to 20-22.
