Jeremy Foster was masterful in helping the Ballard Beavers take down the Quebec City Baby Blues, 4-1. The Beavers win now puts them at 26-24.

The Beavers got an important contribution from first baseman Paul Johnson, who in the bottom of the third hit a fastball to right for a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Beavers ahead, 4-0.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Ballard manager Giddy Potts. "It's usually not just one thing."
