The home crowd had a good time watching the Quebec City Baby Blues and Flint Crush get after it.

The Flint Crush went home winners at Flint Park, thanks in large part to starter Boudewijn van Oosterom. van Oosterom stifled the Quebec City Baby Blues, enabling Flint to grab the 4-0 win. The win elevated the Crush to 39-28.

Florante Berbasa had a big 2-run double for the Crush in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Flint leading 2-0 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a sinker from 21-year old right-handed pitcher Alejandro Pineda and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 16th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Crush ahead, 4-0.

van Oosterom attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
