The Maine Sea Dogs stopped the Flint Crush, 8-3, at Flint Park. The Sea Dogs got a big game from Rafael Sardiña, who went 3-4 with 2 home runs and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. Jeff Robinson collected save number 9. Maine is now 45-27. Flint is 48-24.

In the top of the sixth, Sardiña put his team in front with his 12th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which came against Jesse Mitchell, made it 3-2, Maine.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Sardiña.
