The Napanee Express and starting pitcher Beau Davis stifled the Moose Jaw offense en route to a comfortable 9-1 win at Paints Ballpark. The winning continues for Napanee, with the latest triumph making it 7 straight.

The Express got a big hit from second baseman Guillermo López. Facing Moose Jaw pitcher Norman Newsome in the bottom of the seventh, López pounded a 3-run home run to right. His 2nd home run of the season put the Express ahead, 9-0.

"The guys are feeling pretty good about where they're at right now," said Express manager Dan Bond. "We have a lot of guys playing with confidence."
