The MSL Mexico City Blue Demons picked up a win at MSL Baltimore Ballpark, downing the MSL Baltimore Bullets, 6-3, in 10 innings. On the mound for MSL Mexico City was right-hander Keijo Kononen, who played a pivotal role in the win. Getting the save was Bertrand Gilbert, his 3rd. MSL Mexico City is in 9th place in the 3L MSL with a record of 5-6.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the top of the tenth, with the game tied, Johnny Ackland was at the plate when MSL Mexico City scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Blue Demons to go in front, 3-2.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Ackland told the MSL Mexico City Daily News. "It's as simple as that."
