Hurricanes Deal Leviathan 5-1 Setback
The MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes picked up a win at MSL Nova Scotia Ballpark, downing the MSL Nova Scotia Leviathan, 5-1. On the mound for MSL Cape Coral was right-hander Evandro Ventura, who played a pivotal role in the win. Zee-loo Dee nailed down the save. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for the Hurricanes.

MSL Cape Coral relied on the bat of Iván Gonzáles to get the win. The second baseman produced a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Hurricanes ahead, 3-0. For the game, Gonzáles had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
