MSL Nova Scotia second baseman Joseph Vardakastanis was sensational. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. MSL Oakland beat the Leviathan, 7-6. Gurumita Narasimha picked up the save for MSL Oakland, his 3rd of the year. At 15-5, the Oaks have a slim two-game lead in the 3L MSL.

Chipping in for MSL Oakland was catcher Rafael Arroyo. He stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth. For the game, Arroyo was 1 for 4 with a walk.
