Divided Earn Late 4-3 Win

The MSL D.C. Divided electrified the crowd with a walk-off win.
The Divided earned a hard-fought, 4-3 win in 11 innings at MSL D.C. Ballpark. To do so required withstanding a fine effort from MSL Panama City pitcher Pavol Slimak. Slimak went 5 innings and allowed 3 runs. Takaaki Nakamura claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record stands at 4-1.
The Divided got a clutch hit from designated hitter Pepe Cuevas. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Divided.
"We're in a little funk right now and we've just got to get ourselves out of it," said MSL Panama City manager Anthony Mitchell.
With this game in the books, MSL D.C. is 19-13, MSL Panama City 10-22.
