Miguel Cantú never let MSL St. Louis get something going. The MSL Thunder Bay left-hander commanded his splitter in pitching the Northern Lions BC to a 4-1 win. The Northern Lions BC now have a record of 21-12 with the win over MSL St. Louis.
MSL Thunder Bay used the hitting of Glenn Thomas to pick up the win. The designated hitter clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Northern Lions BC on top, 3-0. For the game, Thomas had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
