Despite the exploits of designated hitter Umberto Ubbens, the MSL Buckhead Bowties were beaten by the MSL Panama City Piranhas, 6-5, in 10 innings. Ubbens went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. O-min An snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits over 2.1 innings. He's now 2-2 on the season. The victory makes MSL Panama City 11-23.

The Piranhas got a clutch hit from left fielder Dong-u Kim. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Piranhas.
