MSL Buckhead Bowties starter Martin Sawyer pitched well against the MSL Panama City Piranhas at MSL Panama City Ballpark, leading his team to a win, 8-3. Martin Sawyer picked up the win in relief for MSL Buckhead, while Pavol Slimak took the loss. The Bowties improved to a lofty 26-9.

MSL Buckhead used the hitting of Norberto Guerra to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a grand slam home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Bowties on top, 7-3. For the game, Guerra had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
