Willetts Impressive in 4-3 MSL Long Island Triumph
The MSL Long Island Lighthouse picked up a win at MSL Long Island Ballpark, knocking off the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons, 4-3. On the mound for MSL Long Island was right-hander Elton Willetts. He played a key role in the triumph. John Reed recorded the save for MSL Long Island, his 6th of the season. After today's action, MSL Long Island sits at 6-12, while MSL Mexico City falls to 8-10.

Willetts, a native of Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands, was dealing all game. He kept MSL Mexico City hitters off-balance, while giving the Lighthouse 7 quality innings. Willetts threw 108 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 8.
